About the role

We’re looking for a (Senior) Design Engineer to join our founding team and craft the next generation of AI-powered enterprise finance tools. You’ll lead the design and development of interfaces that make complex accounting workflows intuitive, fast, and even enjoyable — setting the standard for how AI can transform enterprise software.

You’ll work side-by-side with our founders to turn ideas into high-performing, elegant features that slot seamlessly into our customers’ existing processes. Your work will directly define how finance teams experience AI automation - in real life, at scale.

We’re headquartered in Munich, with roots in San Francisco through Y Combinator.

What you’ll do

• Design and build exceptional user interfaces for AI-powered finance automation, with a focus on clarity, speed, and usability.
• Collaborate with product and design to turn user needs into elegant, production-ready solutions.
• Implement high-performance, scalable frontend code using frameworks like React.
• Create design systems and UI patterns that ensure consistency across our platform.
• Work closely with the customer to deliver seamless, responsive experiences to maximize adoption and delight.
• Stay ahead of modern frontend and UX trends in AI, bringing fresh ideas into the product.

What we’re looking for

• 3–5+ years building modern web applications with a strong focus on frontend and UX.
