We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our founding team and lead the adoption of Finto’s AI-powered automation for some of the world’s largest enterprises. You’ll be the trusted partner guiding finance teams through onboarding, integration, and - most importantly - putting AI directly into their hands so they can radically reduce manual work and unlock new levels of productivity.
This is more than a traditional CS role - you’ll combine strategic account management with hands-on enablement, workflow design, and change management. You’ll work closely with our founders to make sure customers embrace AI as a core part of their daily job.
We’re headquartered in Munich, with roots in San Francisco through Y Combinator.
